		<description>I am ok with some sort of bonus for excellent teaching, but I think the standard needs to be something more objective than student reviews. Students tend to like the teachers who are easy and do entertaining things in class. The teachers who are hard, but who actually teach well, don&#039;t get high reviews.</description>
